Associate Professor Dr. Chamaipak Maiklad, Assistant to the President for
International Affairs along with Professor Dr. Wanwipa Vongsangnak, the Acting
Dean of Kasetsart University International College (KUIC); Associate Professor
Dr. Napasri Timyam, Associate Dean for International Affairs, Faculty of
Humanities; Assistant Professor Dr. Aracha Krasae-in, Assistant Dean for
International Affairs, Faculty of Architecture; Assistant Professor Dr. Patiphol Yodsurang, Faculty of Architecture; Acting
Second Lieutenant Dr. Phunsin Kantha, Faculty of Fisheries; Miss Boonsita
Vongsakul, Foreign Relations Officer Faculty of Humanities; and
IAD representatives, warmly welcomed the visiting delegation from Suihua
University, China, led by Mr. Gao Wenzhi, Director, Office of Academic Affairs;
Prof. Dong Guofeng, Dean, College of Art and Design; Dr. Zhang Binli, Dean,
College of Economics and Management; and Ms. Han Dandan, Translator, College of
Foreign Languages on the occasion of an official visiting Kasetsart University.

On this occasion, Associate
Professor Dr. Chamaipak Maiklad, Assistant to the President for International Affairs,
extended a warm welcome and expressed her pleasure in supporting the
development of educational collaboration between the two universities. She also
exchanged views on opportunities to further strengthen this cooperation. Professor
Dong Guofeng, Dean of the College of Art and Design, then thanked Kasetsart
University for its warm hospitality and expressed his delight at meeting with
faculty members from various departments to discuss potential collaboration in
areas of shared academic interest.

The purpose of the meeting was to
discuss cooperation in various fields, such as faculty and student exchange
programs, strengthening collaboration in the fields of art and management
majors, as well as Sino-foreign Joint international educational projects
between China and Thailand in the areas of art and management, and cooperation
in other areas of mutual interest. In addition, the meeting discussed various
cooperation activities, such as winter ice and snow culture exchange students,
2+2 cooperative education and joint master's degree student training, workshop
activities, joint publications, short-term student exchange programs, corn
research, and initiated the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding in the
future.

This discussion marks an
important step in strengthening the relationship between Kasetsart University
and Suihua University and serves as a foundation for sustainable collaboration
in the future. Following the meeting, Associate Professor Dr. Chamaipak
Maiklad, presented a token of appreciation to the Suihua University delegation
as a symbol of the friendship between the two institutions, followed by a group
photo.
