RAS; Artem Lisachov, Animal Genomics and Bioresources Research Unit (AGB) KU on the occasion of an official visit to Kasetsart University.

Dr. Chongrak Wachrinrat, President of Kasetsart University welcomed and was delighted to support the opportunity to build an educational partnership between Kasetsart University and the Institute of molecular and cellular biology SB RAS, Russian Federation. On this occasion, Dr. Eugene Vlasov, Institute of molecular and cellular biology SB RAS, along with executives and researchers from the Institute of molecular and cellular biology SB RAS, Russian Federation, informed the objectives of the visit which aims to discuss the implementation of academic activities and preparation of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU); Memorandum of Agreement (MOA); and Material Transfer Agreements (MTA) between the two institutions. On this visit, the delegation from IMBC SB RAS is scheduled to participate in the Bilateral Seminar: Strengthening Collaborative Research between Kasetsart University and the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences organized by the Faculty of Science. The meeting discussed various issues that share common interests such as a support for the exchange of researchers, experts, organize joint-academic seminars and research projects of various departments of the Faculty of Science and expand cooperation with other faculties related in the future. The two sides were satisfied with today's meeting and could develop into technical cooperation shortly.
