KU welcomed and discussed academic collaboration with the management team of Zhen Ding Technology Holding Limited (ZDT), Taiwan

On 19 January, 2024 from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. at the Kamphol Adulvit Conference Room, on the 2nd floor of the Golden Jubilee Administration and Information Center Building at Kasetsart University. Dr. Krissanapong Kirtikara, Chairman of KU Council, along with the university's executives, including Assistant Professor Dr. Nikhom Laemsak, KU Senior Expert; Associate Professor Dr. Wanwipa Vongsangnak, Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of Kasetsart University International College; and representatives from the Faculty of Engineering, including Assistant Professor Dr. Patamaporn Sripadungtham, Vice Dean for International Affairs; and Assistant Professor Dr. Dusit Thanapatay, Department of Electrical Engineering, joined to welcome the management team of Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited and Zhen Ding Technology Holding Limited (ZDT),Taiwan.

 

On this occasion, Ms. Suthida Jongjenkit, Managing Director of Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited, and Ms. Yang Weizhen, Human Resources Director, Zhen Ding Technology Holding Limited (ZDT), led the company's management team to meet with the executives of Kasetsart University to discuss on academic cooperation with the university, especially in the fields of engineering and business administration. This includes providing scholarships, corporate internships, recruiting new graduates to work with the company, and developing human resources and high-potential individuals for the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry in Prachinburi Province. Currently, Sahapat Group, through Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited, has signed a memorandum of understanding on business cooperation with Zhen Ding Tech Group, with Zhen Ding Technology Holding Limited leading in establishing a joint venture to operate a business in developing and distributing advanced technology printed circuit boards. This collaboration aims to make Thailand a significant manufacturing base in the ASEAN region.
