Assistant to the President for Research and Internationalization discussed research collaboration

On 7 March 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in the IAD Meeting Room, 10th Floor, the Golden Jubilee Administration and Information Center Building, Kasetsart University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kornsorn Srikulnath, Assistant to the President for Research and Internationalization; Miss Roungrong Thongtan, Department of Technology and Operations Management, Kasetsart University Research and Development Institute (KURDI); and IAD representatives welcomed Prof. Dr. Jeong-Hyop Lee, a researcher, policy advisor, and STI expert specializing in science, technology, and innovation policy.

          Prof. Dr. Jeong-Hyop Lee stated that his goal is to contribute to development by addressing global challenges such as climate change and public health issues. To achieve this, he collaborates with various entities, including provincial governments, ministries, universities, and agencies across sectors such as tourism, environment, and technology. Additionally, Prof. Dr. Jeong-Hyop Lee presented strategic plans he had previously implemented for Laos, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

          Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kornsorn Srikulnath suggested scheduling a follow-up meeting in late March to further discuss potential areas of collaboration, develop project proposals, and advance joint research initiatives. Finally, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kornsorn Srikulnath presented a souvenir to Prof. Dr. Jeong-Hyop Lee, and took a group photo together.
