On Thursday, August 29th, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., in Kamphol Adulavidhaya Conference Room, Golden Jubilee Administration and Information Center Building, Kasetsart University, Bangkhen Campus, Prof. Dr. Dokrak Marod, Vice President for Research and Internationalization, along with KU administrators and lecturers, namely Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chamaipak Maiklad, Assistant to the President for International Affairs; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ratcha Chaichana, Deputy Dean for International Affairs, Faculty of Environment; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wanwimol Klaypradit   Deputy Dean for International Affairs, Faculty of Fisheries; Dr. Kanyarat Chiewvech, Director of Extension and Training Office, Kamphaeng Saen; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Warapa Mahakarnchanakul, Director of Kasetsart University Research and Development Institute; Asst. Prof. Dr. Isaree Supnui, Lecturer of the Department of Human and Community Resource Development, Faculty of Education and Development Sciences, and IAD representatives, joined in welcoming the delegation from 3 higher education institutions from the Republic of the Philippines: Cavite State University (CvSU), Romblon State University (RSU), and Southern Luzon State University (SLSU), as well as the Southern Tagalog Agriculture, Aquatic and Resources Research, Development and Extension Consortium (STAARRDEC), on the occasion of their visit to Kasetsart University to sign an MoU.

In addition to the three institutions mentioned, KU also welcomed the delegation from the University of the Philippines-Los Baños (UPLB), De La Salle University-Dasmariñas (DLSUD), Department of Agriculture Region IVA (DA RFO IVA), Ecosystems Research and Development Bureau (ERDB), Bureau of Plant Industry, DA-ATI RTC CALABARZON (DA ATI IVA), Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI), and the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) on the occasion of their visit to Thailand to study and observe various units at KU, Bangkhen Campus.

After the participants watched the introductory video about KU, Prof. Dr. Dokrak Marod warmly welcomed the delegation from the Republic of the Philippines. Dr. Hernado D. Robles, Chair of RRDCC & President of Cavite State University (CvSU); Assistant Professor Mark Lawrence G. Ical, TBI Manager, Romblon State University (RSU); and Dr. Marissa C. Esperal, Vice President for Research, Extension, Production, Development, and Innovation, Southern Luzon State University (SLSU), represented the delegation from the Republic of the Philippines in expressing their gratitude. Following the signing ceremony, Professor Dr. Dokrak Marod presented souvenirs, and all participants took a group photo together.
