On Wednesday, December 20^th, 2023, the International Affairs Division, led by Assoc. Prof. Kampanat Pensupar, Ph.D, Vice President for International Affairs, and Mrs. Hathaitus Semchuchot, Acting Director of the International Affairs Division, along with heads of section and representatives of the International Affairs Division received a warm welcome from Prof. Dr. Sujitra Wongkasemjit, Vice President of Mae Fah Luang University and Acting Head of Global Relations Division.

Assoc. Prof. Kampanat Pensupar, Ph.D. stated that this visit was under the International Affairs Division Tour Program held annually. The purpose of this program is to encourage learning and information sharing in the matter of international affairs, academic activities under the collaboration between the division and international organizations, foreign students’ admission, programs and services for foreign students, and work guidelines for the International Affairs Division.

 Before the information sharing, the International Affairs Division, Kasetsart University attended a lecture entitled “International Relations and Overview of Global Relations Division” from Dr. Nichan Singhaputargun, Acting Head of the Global Relations Division.

Personnel from the Global Relations Division, Mae Fah Luang University, and the International Affairs Division, Kasetsart University then shared the information regarding the following topics:

-        A database system used for providing services to foreign students

-        A memorandum of understanding (MOU) and management guidelines between the two universities

-        Student Mobilities Programs under the collaboration, including AIMS, UMAP, etc.

-        Strategies for increasing the number of foreign students
