On 15 November 2023 at 9:30 a.m., at Kampol Adulwit Conference Room on the 2nd floor of the Golden Jubilee Administration and Information Center Building. Dr. Chongrak Wachrinrat, President of Kasetsart University presided over to welcome of Professor Naser Muhammad N Alaqeeli, Deputy Minister for Research & Innovation, Ministry of Education, along with senior executives from agencies and educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Royal Commission for Riyadh City, Islamic University of Madinah, Umm al-Qura University, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, Qassim University, King Faisal University, and King Abdullah University of Science and Technology.

The purpose of visiting to Kasetsart University is to get to know and discuss ways and opportunities for building cooperation in education, joint research, and student exchange activities. Associate Professor Dr. Buncha Chinnasri, Deputy Director of Kasetsart University International College and Head of Administrative Affairs was a representative to present overall information about Kasetsart University and provided information that in November 2022 Kasetsart University proposed HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia honorary doctorate in land knowledge for sustainable development.

In this regard, executives from the Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Science, the Faculty of Agriculture, the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Environment, the Faculty of Economics, and the College of Integrative Sciences jointly presented information on the curriculum and academic activities of each faculty to provide guidelines for creating cooperation and conducting joint activities in the future for executives from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During this discussion, both sides discussed and exchanged information about academic fields of common interest, such as science, engineering, and the College of Integrative Sciences. The representative from Saudi Arabia will bring issues and information to exchange in this discussion and will coordinate to build academic cooperation in the future. After the discussion ended, Kasetsart University hosted a lunch reception for the executive team from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the main auditorium of Kasetsart University. ​
