Courtesy visit from University of Porto under the MERGING VOICES

  The International Relations Division at Kasetsart University together with the Faculty of Engineering organized academic activities for Assistant Professor Dr. Joaquim Eduardo Sousa Góis, a lecturer in the field Mining Engineering, Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, Portugal, funded by the European Union Under the MERGING VOICES (MV) program, which is a project under the European Program “Eramus + Program – KA107 – International Credit Mobility that supports the exchange between academic staff, administrative staff and students from 4 institutions in Portugal and educational institutions in the network from 26 countries to promote knowledge transfer and create good practices together. It is a conducive opportunity to promote social development, economic and culture around the world.

  Assistant Professor Dr. Joaquim Eduardo Sousa Góis participated in this academic staff mobility at Kasetsart University during 1 – 5 July 2019, On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Patamaporn SRIPADUNGTHAM, Associate Dean for International Affairs; and Assistant Professor Dr. Aphichart RODCHANAROWAN, Assistant Dean for International Affairs, Faculty of Engineering welcomed and hosted various activities on 2 July 2019; coordinated by the staff from the International Affairs Division together with representatives from the Faculty of Engineering organized a campus visit for Assistant Professor Dr. Joaquim Eduardo Sousa Góis to visit various important places on the campus as well as presented more information and knowledge about the landmark locations of Kasetsart University, such as the Office of Agricultural Museum and Culture, the three founders or ‘the three musketeers’ of Kasetsart, Kasetsart University Main Auditorium, Kasetsart University Library / Learning Center (KULC), Kasetsart University Hall of History, and etc., which have been highly appreciated by the visitor.
